Based on our consultation, I will present a proposal and management plan that clearly defines the responsibilities I will oversee, how they will be handled, and the level of ongoing support you can expect.
ONBOARDING & ORGANIZATION
Once your management plan is established, I begin to document the details of your life so that nothing will be overlooked. I will gather and organize the records, schedules, contacts, processes and more needed to implement your selected services.
ONGOING MANAGEMENT
Once the onboarding is complete, I take responsibility for the ongoing management of the areas entrusted to me—tracking what needs attention, coordinating the people involved, following through on open items, and keeping you informed without requiring you to manage the process yourself.
