I have nearly 30 years of project management and financial experience, including nearly 20 years working closely with a high-net-worth private household. Over time, my role grew to include nearly every part of keeping a complex household organized and running well.

I’m naturally curious, persistent, and good at asking the right questions. When something unfamiliar comes up, I keep digging until I understand the situation and know what needs to happen next.

There isn’t a traditional path into estate management. I found my way into it unexpectedly and learned through years of hands-on experience. I started Principled Estate Management to use that experience to help other families.

Most importantly, I believe this work is built on trust. When a family gives someone access to the private details of their home, finances, and life, that responsibility should be handled with honesty, discretion, care, and good judgment.
